Decent Stay, Some Issues

The gym had a good selection of equipment. It included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The water sports were fun. I tried kayaking. The sunset dolphin cruise was AMAZING!!!

The restaurants had limited options. Two restaurants were closed, with only a la carte dining available. The 30-minute limit on non-motorized water sports was not enough. The beach cabanas were often occupied with towels all day, without anyone using them.

limited provisions unavailable sprite

the gym lacked water for all five nights i stayed. the buffet restaurant was also problematic. i had to wait 25 minutes for a glass of wine and sprite was unavailable. these issues detracted from the experience, and i found it difficult to fully relax given the limited provisions.

My room, a beautiful king room island view, had a very comfortable king bed. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The water pressure was strong. the staff arranged convenient speedboat transportation from the airport to the island.

Fantastic Stay, Some Minor Hiccups!

I greatly enjoyed my time here. The staff catered to my needs. Jennifer addressed all my concerns and consistently checked on me. The resort features a lot of diverse food and many activitieswith entertainment for all guests. I will come back!

I found one disappointing event. My attendant left my messages unread. This, so I mention it since I booked the hotel. You need to show courtesy to greet them if you do not offer anything!
